Jerome J. Aulisio, AIA

As the Director of Interior Design and Principal of a nationally reknowned Chicago-based architectural firm, Jerry has directed and managed the design, contract document preparation and construction administration of over 7 million square feet of office and commercial space. A registered architect with over 40 years of experience, Jerry has devoted the last 20 years of his career to guiding Owner's through the development process. Focusing on the firm's vertical construction projects, he has served as the primary client contact for private and governmental projects throughout the Chicago area. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a founding partner of the AT Group, he directs the company’s efforts in program development, consultant selection and negotiation, field administration, construction scheduling and budgeting. Jerry's recent projects include:

The former Director of Public Works and City Engineer for a northeast Illinois community with a population of more than 32,000, an operating budget of $10 million and a capital budget of more than $5 million, Jim directed and managed all aspects of the Public Works Department including Engineering, Water Treatment and Distribution, Sanitary and Storm Sewers, Streets and Sidewalks, Forestry, Equipment, Transit and Municipal Facilities. A registered professional engineer with over 21 years of experience, he has served as the primary client contact for municipal infrastructure projects throughout the country. A graduate of Purdue University and Northwestern, Jim's project focus as a Prinicpal of the AT Group, is on capital improvement programs and private developments. Jim's recent projects include:

  • Waukegan Park District - Indoor Aquatic Center
  • City of Lake Forest - Water Filtration Plant
  • Old Town School of Folk Music
  • Ravinia Festival - Food Service Facility

Robert D. Quill  

As the former Superintendent of Recreation and Museum Services for the Glenview Park District, Bob has had a leadership role in the negotiation and acquisition of approximately 271 acres of park land and led the District's efforts in developing  a 170,000 square foot community center, two outdoor water parks, an administrative office building, four museum buildings and a golf course and clubhouse renovation. Engaging with the community and other stake holders has been a hallmark of Bob’s success in delivering two successful referendums and more than a dozen capital projects over the last 24 years. A graduate of Western Illinois University, Bob's primary role with the AT Group is centered on providing master/strategic planning, operations review/pro-forma development, and referendum consulting and community engagement services.
